Eastern Panhandle Free Clinic
"A Helping Hand from a Caring Heart "

Donations

Donations assure that Clinic patients have continuous health care and the medications they need to improve the quality of their lives. We estimate the cost per patient per visit at $76(this does not include their medications) and the cost per patient per year at $393. A contribution of $1,500 will cover services for 4 patients for a year, $1,000 will pay for one day of Clinic appointments, and $500 will pay for two months of consumable medical supplies.

The Board has adopted the policy that all our services will be FREE, but  the infrastructure to run the Clinic is not. We rely on volunteers and donated medications for the bulk of our services, but need the community’s financial support for rent, electric, telephone, equipment, and salaries for a few key staff. We are primarily funded by grants and private donations and would appreciate any assistance given in the support of our mission.

Any financial contribution is appreciated. The EPFC is a United Way Agency and a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible and may be sent to: EPFC, 11065 Middleway Pike, Charles Town, WV  25414 . We do not share donor information.
